Dr. Chris Jackson, Chief Clinical Officer – North, announces new Directors of Branch Operations for the Conway and Newport branches of Birch Tree Communities. Each new director was previously a primary therapist at the AHC location.

Promotion Prompts More Leadership Transitions

The recent promotion of Todd McGuire, LPC, to Chief Operations Officer has led to further leadership changes in branches of Birch Tree Communities. Emma McCarley, LPC, transitioned to the Arkansas Health Center (AHC) Branch Director role from her position as the Russellville Branch Director. Dustin Baker, LCSW, was appointed to fill the director opening for the Russellville branch, and Coy Price, LCSW, was appointed as the Malvern Branch Director.

McGuire Named New Chief Operations Officer

McGuire Named New Chief Operations Officer

Chief Executive Officer Dr. Brad Holloway named Todd McGuire, LPC, as the new Chief Operations Officer of Birch Tree Communities. McGuire will begin as COO on May 12, 2024, and most recently served as the Director of Branch Operations for the AHC and Malvern branches. As COO, he will be responsible for overseeing facilities, including new construction, remodels, maintenance, and special projects. He will also supervise the HUD program, Health and Safety, Marketing, and Fleet Management.

New Directors Appointed in Three Northern Branches

As Dr. Chris Jackson, former branch director, moves into the Chief Clinical Officer – North role, two new branch directors have been appointed to the Mountain View, Newport, and Oxford branches of Birch Tree Communities.
