2021 certainly had it’s rough spots, BUT we choose to look at the positive. It’s an amazing thing that we have 128 staff members who celebrated at least 5 years of service to the mission of Birch Tree Communities in 2021. 65 folks celebrated 10+ years of service. 23 people celebrated 20+ years, and 1 incredible lady celebrated 30 years of service to the members and staff of Birch Tree Communities in 2021. We also have a gentleman who will be celebrating his 30th anniversary in 2022. How incredible is this?! Will you join us in congratulating and celebrating these amazingly dedicated folks?!
