Members and staff from the Mountain View branch presented a plaque to the Stone County Sheriff’s Department in honor of fallen deputy, Sgt Mike Stephen. Sgt Stephen died in the line of duty on July 18 and this tragedy rocked the community. There is a great relationship between Birch Tree- Mountain View and the Stone County Sheriff’s Department. The Stone County Sheriff’s Department partners with Birch Tree to reduce stigma in the community.
