Each year the members of Birch Tree Communities elect a Practitioner of the Year at each branch to recognize the hard work and dedication of our amazing staff members. Of those carefully selected staff, one Practitioner is elected as the overall Practitioner of the Year to represent Birch at the Mental Health Council’s Behavioral Health Institute. Coy Price, LCSW, was chosen as the Overall Practitioner and was honored at the Annual Awards Luncheon at the Institute on August 10, 2016. Coy has dedicated over 11 years serving members at Birch. Members describe Coy as showing genuine concern and demonstrates sincere care for all others he interacts with. He is selfless with his time, shows love through his actions and is very deserving of this award. Coy is exceptionally reliable and strives to enhance his skills to better serve others. He excels at taking on challenging situations with a Person-Centered approach and is the anchor of the Malvern treatment team.
